§ Plan and manage complete turnkey projects by heading the project

§ Apt in understanding the P&L, planning and budgeting

§ Business understanding of contracts and legal aspects related to them

§ Relationship management and development with client and customer at various levels

§ Identifying and targeting clients as per correct market segment and driving sales

§ Doing in-depth market survey and identifying new avenues for products and understanding competitor strategy

§ Apt in conflict management if need be

§ Manage 3rd part teams and measure their performance as per SLA

§ Effectively strategize and guide the team in achieving their targets

§ Develop and manage a project calendar. Do site survey and inspection and measure the progress as per SLA, health and safety standards

§ The detailed schedule will include all project phases and dependencies including at least preliminary engineering, property review and acquisition, detailed design, material procurement, installation, test and turn-up, and site and system acceptance

§ Drafting and implementing contracts with clients and sub-contractors including providing AMC services
