Provincial Nominee Program
In addition to federal programs, Canada also offers provincial nominee programs through express entry except Alberta, Nunavut and Quebec which manage their PNP programs separately.

Each province or territory, however, is allocated with a limited overall nomination space which affects a candidate’s chances to get selected.
Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements to enter and remain in the Express Entry Pool:
The province/territory minimum criteria and obtain a nomination; and
The Express Entry program requirements, which mean one, must also qualify under the Canadian Experience Class (CEC), Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) or Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP) programs.
